In the trading area the delivery is free. This comes handy when purchasing heavy items like monitors, printers printers, etc. that aren't deeply discounted at other retailers and cost a lot to ship. Sometimes they have very good discount offers that could be found online. Good customer service. On-time delivery.	Overall Rating

In over two years of regular purchases from them they have only made one error; and I understood how that particular error could have been made. Of the main office supply stores, the Depot has been the best for me, though another office supply store has some excellent sales if you go in house to get them.	Overall Rating

They matched the price, best price we found online was here on PriceGrabber.Com, gave us the sale price and 10 % discount as well the coupon we recieved in the mail too. The savings was even beeter than the price match. One problem was a young fellow saying he was the manager but had to get the store managers approval, which the alleged manager did. Also office depot offers money off coupons that are easy to find one the net. I received $20 off on a $100 purchase on a $119 phone. So the phone was $99 w/ free shipping! Before ordering I emailed OD for more informations. They replied promptly in 24 hrs. they delivered it in three days as the website said. I called for the rebate form and they were fine on the phone. They usually do price matching for me and accept competitors coupons. Using this as a criteria they are ok. Prices without any discount/sales engineering are too high. I like that the site informs the viewer of duty use for their chairs. This chair has a lifetime warranty and ISN'T MADE IN CHINA! It is well-made in Taiwan. The shipped it for free. No they don't tell you the time they are going to deliver so it can be a little bit of a hassle. You need to have someone home the whole day. Their truck delivered the heavy box.	Overall Rating

They would not give me the merchandise EVEN though I paid for it, and it showed on the system. I cancelled the order. Another time, bought a rebate item, but they did not send a receipt for rebate. Instead, I received a unit which was previously returned, as the packaging still had the return authorization number on it. Website makes no mention that the unit was previously returned and/or refurbished. Although Office Depot gave me an additional discount, I still feel as though I was misled. The delivery person called our home # and left a message wondering if that was OK, since there was no box. I went to the store and looked at it, was a good machine, but it was too weird not knowing if manuals, CD's etc were all there, so I got the credit card charge cancelled. After purchase, I hit the link on the website to the rebate form, filled it out, and mailed it with my receipt. Two monthes later, I received a post card informing me that my rebate was rejected because it was good at "Office Depot Only." It was my understanding that Office Depot website was "Office Depot" but they disagreed and refused to give me the rebate, even after I called. I feel I got hosed!	Overall Rating
