Thank goodness I did not need to use the extension gate so I did not need to return the item back. Shipping cost is very reasonable...only $4.95. Would shop at this store again.	Overall Rating

I had to search for that info. I also tried calling them 2x only to leave voice mail messages that weren't returned. For the price though I'd order from them again. The only problem we've found with the stroller we ordered is that there's something wrong with the wheels. I believe they're slightly bent? They wobble. Other than that we love our stroller. It did take us a while to receive our stroller because we had to wait for my mother to ship it to us in Hawaii.	Overall Rating

The only thing I would change is that some of the features on the car seats are not clear. For example, on one style of Britax Marathon it said it was shoulder seat belt compatible and on another Britax Marathon nothing was stated about whther or not it was seatbealt compatible or not. this was very confusing to me. I had to go off site to make sure that style/make/model was seatbealt compatible. Definitely check each and every description!	Overall Rating
