Unclear on delivery time. Not really "free" shipping, but shipping is "included" in the price. The site strangely gave me a walnut color when I know I selected oak on checkout. I simply added an oak and deleted the walnut. Correction was done, but I'll see what is delivered. All and all, an OK first experience.
OK. It is about 2 weeks since the order and the product has not shipped. The merchant says it has been paid but there is no tracking number. Still waiting.
Retailer Response (01/17/2007): The product that this customer had ordered was unfortunately ended up on back order. The manufacturer did not inform us on the availability of this product, therefore we were not able to notify the customer sooner. We do apologize for the delay and our very concerned that his online shopping experience did not turn out to be a good one. Our company will definitely direct our attention to this matter. |

They don't know how to pack their merchandise.
The first one I received was broken, so they shipped me another one. I just received it, it is broken also. I will not shop here again. Retailer Response (01/11/2007): As a resolution, this customer was entitled to a full credit back into her account on the charge of the product very soon after we had received a notification from the customer on the damaged product. |

Instructions could have been a little more clear. When I called the 1-800 number for help no one called back but was able to figure out the question I had after time. I haven't received my charge card bill yet to know if it was charged correctly. I would order from company again. |

The cabinet that I purchased was black. The way it was packaged some of the black was now white and scratched. I have never been so disappointed with a product and will never buy from them again. |

The jury is still out. Surprised that credit card payment verification did not occur online and instantly. Order status is pending and I don't know whether the item is in stock, when it will ship, and when I can expect to receive it. If I don't get confirmation info by tomorrow, I will need to cancel the order, just due to discomfort. |

Order placed on June 1 was to ship in 2-4 business days, didn't ship til June 9 (6 business days). Repeated emails to them inquiring about when the item was going to ship went unanswered. Phone calls were treated pretty much the same way except I actually spoke to someone, but they had no useful information. Overall, site had good prices but customer service is dreadful. Would have to think long and hard before dealing with them again. I'll withhold judgement until the items arrive. |

Great experience. I would shop again and recommend this site to my family and friends. The only thing that I did not like was that the company never told me when my order was going to be shipped and when I e-mailed them they never answered me back. |

I attempted to cancel my order but to cancel you MUST fill out a form and then you MUST wait for someone to call you back. The person who eventually called back said she knew nothing and refused to cancel it. I filled out the form again. Finally I was called by, not them but a freight company I had never heard of.The order was delivered to the wrong address. I was told there was nothing they could do and finally I had to drive the 20 miles to pick 2 very large boxes in my small car. |

over a week after the order all I know is that payment was received from my card company other than that nothing. very poor customer service .emailed their customer service dept tuesday very early in the morning & received no response till I called thursday, after I called I received a response to my email friday late night. It is a shame a company of not more than 10 people in customer service does so poorly to attend to their clients angsts. Next time I rather pay more & go with a trusted company like Staples.I still have 2 more stands and an entertainment center to buy. |

This merchant never shipped the merchandise I ordered, although they charged my credit card immediately. I will never do business with them again. If they were a Texas company, I would sue them. |

After my order spent a week in the "pending" status, I received e-mail out of nowhere telling me it had been canceled. This wasn't an inventory problem: they told me that my credit card could not be processed because the same credit account is attached to a Paypal account. Nobody called me to try to fix this issue, and I was never informed that the credit card process had any special requirements. Basically, I wasted a week thinking my order was being prepped for shipment, and then had to order elsewhere. |
