I checked other stores, and the price here is the best. My only fear will be how the item arrives, since I could not see the item physically--just the picture. The picture is very appealing; it just hope it looks just as appealing in my daughter's room. I read the return policy, and I don't want to have to return anything.-- My only problem was with instructions for putting together the items--no "shiny side up/down" cues--More of a guess which makes sense as you're building philosophy Overall Rating

I ordered some chairs for my porch from these guys. They were going to arrive in late May, then they called and said that the arrival was delayed until June 10, but not to worry because the chairs are on a ship sailing towards our shores. Then radio silence. I call them multiple times from the 16-19th of June and they always tell me that they will look into it and e-mail me back the next day: nothing. Finally I speak to a guy who says that they never promise to deliver anything, they have no warehouse, and they are not allowed to call the manufacturer (Huh??). He says that I am lucky if I ever receive this item as it may no longer be manufactured. What about the ship sailing with my chairs. He tells me that that information was incorrect. He tells me I can buy a different set of chairs. I asked him when they will arrive. He says he can not promise anything, and even they may not arrive. Wanting somehting to sit on I cancel the item, but after 4 days have yet to receive a refund. Overall Rating

I bought a pair of VTI BLE201 Surround sound speaker stand ($95) from AudioVideoFurniture.com for my brand new m-audio BX5a monitor speaker ($399). I assembled them carefully since this stand will be the legs of my brand new speakers. I made sure everything is tighten then put my both of my speakers on. It looked great! ....not so long. A few moment later, one of the stand collapsed and made my speaker fell from 4 feet height and smashed to hardwood floor after it was on the stand only just a few seconds. You could probably imagine the damage to my brand new speaker. It said on the specification that these stand support up to 16 lbs and my speaker is 11 lbs each. So I checked every screw and knob, one of the tight knob was still loose even after I tighten it all the way. I called customer service...(Sorry, Price Grabber limit my space. Great Customer service, they were very patient with me when I called 4 times. I had one problem, I never got a tracking number so I called and over a few days they gave me 4 different tracking numbers. This wasn't their fault though it was the manufacturer (who was the one that shipped it). I did finally get the number and update from from the shipper. You must know that these guys don't ship the furniture the manufacturer does so it takes a little extra time to get to you. Overall Rating

One of the best shopping experiences, I have ever had! I was a little scared when I read some of the comments on here but, I decided to give i a try and it worked out great! They advise you of all of their policies in the checkout before you place the order so, as long as you read and follow everything there would be no problems! My product acutally arrived a bit damaged, I noted the damage on the waybill and when I called them they sent me out another product free of charge with out any hassale. So I have to give this company two thumbs up! I WOULD DEFINTLY SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN AND ALREADY HAVE TOLD THE REST OF MY FAMILY! Overall Rating

If I could have given them a negative number, I would have. DO NOT ... I repeat ... DO NOT buy anything from this merchant without searching out and reading completely their ridiculous returns policies. There are different policies pertaining to various manufacturers ... none of which apparently offer full refunds or credits if you are dissatisfied. It violates every consumer law in country as far as I can tell. I spent over $1500.00 on an entertainment center and it arrived damaged. I refused delivery because of the damage. In addition, the finish on the entertainment center was substantially different than the way it appeared on their website. They now refuse to issue a credit to my card, offering only a replacement; and, in addition, there are apparently restocking fees and re-shipment fees which they feel entitled to even though damage occurred in shipment and the original order was shipped "free." A truly horrible company with no integrity whatsoever. STAY AWAY Overall Rating

Based on some of the negative reviews I read, I was a little nervous about ordering from Audio Video Furniture, but my experience was very positive. I placed my order on Sunday night, and I received several emails detailing the status of my order, up to the time it was shipped on Tuesday. Shipping was free, and it arrived on time on Friday. My order arrived by FedEx Ground 11 days after it was placed. It was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer in Ohio to my home. The seller kept me informed by email of the status of the order and furnished a tracking number. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again. Overall Rating
