Strengths: Incredible picture, unbelievable on HD for football, baseball, etc. Very nice design too.
Weaknesses: none, absolutely no complaints.
Summary: Just a great product all around. It hits the best price points among the competitors, and blows away Sony & all else on quality. I did EXTENSIVE shopping around& research before I bought, and never found one with a broken pixel or anyone who had. Beautiful picture. Plus, for those who complain about a buzzing noise, that is due to static on your connection, get a better feed/provider, and make sure everything is surge protected. I dont use HDMI, and don't plan on it, cause the picture is crystal clear as it is.

Strengths: Good brightness, sharpness and contrast. Easy to use.
Weaknesses: Nothing
Summary: This is a great product with a high cost quality efficiency. It's so easy to use. Plug and play.
I also tried to connect with my Kodak V550 through an AV cable, then I can watch photoes and vedioes. I also like the provided functions like PC and DVI input 'cause I want to transfer vedio streams and play computer games from my PC, just like a monitor.
Didn't find the cons. Maybe it's not that big. The 16:9 ratio screen always gives me an impression that it is smaller than a conventional CRT screen. However, the size depends on your room and expectation. I have a big room so this TV looks not that big but modern.

Strengths: Picture quality, inputs, design, sound quality.
Weaknesses: Emits noticeable mechanical noise when turned on.
Summary: This LCD TV has the best picture of any that I've compared, and I spent a long time researching these. Video from high definition sources (both 720p and 1080i) is absolutely amazing, vibrant in color and very fast with no signs of blurring. Looks even sharper than my parents' top-of-the-line DLP. DVD movie image quality is excellent. It is also great for gaming. Microsoft will be using this exact model TV for their upcoming Xbox 360 retail kiosks, so buy with confidence if you want this for video games. Standard definition image quality is average for an HDTV. They give you plenty of options for adapting a 4:3 screen to 16:9, including an adjustable zoom feature to give you complete control over the amount of distortion.
The PC input works like a charm. Image quality over VGA is slightly less sharp than a normal PC LCD monitor but very passable. Works great for PC games. I played Battlefield 2 on it and was shocked at how much better it looked than on my laptop. Colors are much more defined than on my Thinkpad's LCD screen. You need to use a utility like Powerstrip to enable 1366x768 resolution in Windows, however, and it takes some work with pixel timings and front/back porch to get that resolution to display properly.
The only negative I can think of is that the TV makes a low buzzy noise when turned on, and it's noticeable when watching TV at low volumes. It is much quieter than the noise my old CRT made when turned on, but a little annoying nonetheless.
So in conclusion, this is an outstanding TV for any purpose. Buy with confidence if you wish to use it for video games.

Strengths: Nice design and good quality of the picture
Weaknesses: Mechanic sound noise - just ignore it!
Summary: I bought this TV after searching several websites and local Bestbuy and Circuit City stores. It is a TV with great picture quality and its design is modern and chic. The 23 inches TV is perfect for my bed room and it is like a decoration piece for my room. This is the first time I purchase a Samsung product because I usually only purchase Sony TV, and I am very pleased of it. It is easy to install and operate, so I could start watching it the day when it was delivered. It is worth the money!!

Disappointed
Strengths: Great picture
Weaknesses: Doesn't work; poor customer service
Summary: I just have to vent my deep frustration with this Samsung product. Sure the TV LOOKED great, and HAD a great picture. My enthusiasm for the product, however, died with the TV about 60 days after my purchase when it QUIT working. Since then, the customer support from Samsung has been equally as disappointing. I wrangled with Samsung on the Web site and phone for two weeks before giving up and taking the TV to a local repair center, which had to ship it out of state for service two weeks ago. It will be another two weeks at least before I get it back. The time out of service is equal to more than half the time it worked. I didn't expect such shoddy performance and service from such an expensive TV -- hard-earned money down the drain.

Strengths: picture quality, easy setup, nice design, small and light weight
Weaknesses: more cables should be included, weak sound
Summary: This Samsung LCD has the best picture quality of any TV ever made. I have never seen whites so white and blacks so black, and all the colors are so vivid and sharp.Highly recommended. The 23-inch size is larger than I expected, it really fills up the bedroom.

Strengths: The Picture Quality is Impressive; the multiple connections and Feature Controls a plus.
Weaknesses: The Sound may be its weakest link; but it can be adjusted manually through the equalizer to improve it. For those loud crazy type, simply add a small SS system to it.
Summary: The picture on this TV is UNBELIEVABLE; i thought it looked good at the store but once home... WOW! it blew me away. I researched every single review i could, and visited all stores before i bought it. You can read my own questions to past buyers here before i finally got mine.
I bought it thinking of playing Xbox, next generation Videogames and watching DVD movies in my room, while the others, he, he.. watch Reality TV or else on TV which i am not a fan of. We have a Mitsubishi 55"HDTV in our living room; but now no one wants to live my room since i got the Samsung. The depth and rich of the colors is amazing. Videogames look unbelievable! Now i understand why Microsoft is using this models on their Xbox 360 Deluxe Kiosks to demonstrate their new console. All and all, i am extremelly happy with my set. I added an old Stereo i had throught the RCA connections to pump the volume if i want to watch a DVD movie with my family. You wont regret a bit of getting this set.

Strengths: Incredible picture, maybe the best I've seen on an LCD TV.
Weaknesses: none I can think of
Summary: Samsung has become known in the monitor market as one of the best LCD screen producers, and this product does nothing less than support that notion.
BTW, you may have heard it before, but don't judge the picture quality of an LCD by a store display. Most stores simply plug some kind of video in just to give the customer something to look at. They don't worry about the kind of video they're inputting, the resolution, color saturation, contrast, brightness, etc... Go to a store just to see what the actual TV looks like, but go to AV website reviews to know what the picture quality looks like.

Strengths: Solid picture, HDMI, Good Speakers, Well Built
Weaknesses: No HDTV Tuner, Does not perform well with noisy signal.
Summary: We wanted a bedroom TV so I picked the LN-S2338W at Costco (great return policy) for $640. It is a great performer. We wanted an LCD with the speaker on the bottom that was entirely black. Overall this is a very good TV, however, if it is fed a poor signal you will notice the noise.
I purchased a Samsung upconverting DVD player and it works flawlessly via the HDMI input. You will need an external HDTV source.

Strengths: Vibrant, sharp, high contrast picture, good looking design
Weaknesses: None
Summary: We started off buying a Toshiba 20" LCD for out bedroom and returned it within 2 hours - mostly due to poor contrast and slow channel changing. Then we ordered a 19" Sony Bravia (I always liked Sony quality) but after 4 weeks of waiting, stores still proved unable to source one and Sony themselves could not help.
Then I spotted this LCD in a local store - displaying an X-Box game - it had astonishing colour and contrast and also looked great. However, retailers suggested that Samsung only seemed to provide it as a part of the X-Box demo kits (at least in the UK) - and they only stocked the larger models, too large for our bedroom.
Eventually managed to track one down for a good price - brought it home and set it up. This TV has one of the best images I have seen on an LCD and seems to outshine our CRTs for contrast and colour definition. It looks great in our bedroom and I even got the immediate approval of my other half.
I strongly recommend this LCD.

Easy setup
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I use this exclusively as my computer Monitor. The picture is great and the colors are crisp and bright. If you don't want to pay too much for a true computer monitor, buy this. You won't regret it.
