Summary: Ours is a CPO Electrolux Factory Refurbished unit ordered off their site with all original parts and manual. Came wiht a couple of scratches on body of vacuum and on powered carpet attachment. A quiet, powerful cleaner that is compact and works well. We broke a belt trying to eat a shoe and laces. Replacement was easy. We've had for a year. Bags are a small b/c the vacuum is small. Its a trade off.

Strengths: low emission; easy to move; cute design; small bag

Weaknesses: none

Summary: the best thing for this vacuum cleaner is its low emission. It captures almost all dust and not to resuspend them back to the air while you are vacumming. I used more than 10 times already and no dust visible inside of the cleaner. The bag captures almost all dust (even the smallest). The bag is small but it is not too bad. We need replace the bag everytime in order to keep high efficiency of vacumming (no matter which brand of vacuum cleaner to use). The only thing I do not really like is its noise.

My vacuum is only a month old and already its not ...

Weaknesses: all

Summary: My vacuum is only a month old and already its not working. I bought it in fortunoff and they wont replace it with out the box. When I took it to an authorized service center in S.I. 10314 R & H VACUUM they said you wont cover the warranty for them and if I chose to pay it will take 2 weeks to fix. This is totally unacceptable I demand a replacement hose and power head immediately or I will continue to give your product a bad review on every shopping and search engine possible. I have been patient long enough.
