I bought it in fortunoff and they wont replace it with out the box. When I took it to an authorized service center in S.I. 10314 R & H VACUUM they said you wont cover the warranty for them and if I chose to pay it will take 2 weeks to fix. This is totally unacceptable I demand a replacement hose and power head immediately or I will continue to give your product a bad review on every shopping and search engine possible. I have been patient long enough. Report this as inappropriate.

jae2018 from Member Since: Jul 2006	Out of curiosity - why did you throw out the box? With most major appliances you should check to see if they will accept returns sans box, what the warrantee is - I'm not sure why you are blaming Electrolux for something that you bought (refurbished?) at Fortunoff. That is Fortunoff's policy and your oversight, not Electrolux. Report this as inappropriate.
